We serve a wide range of clients, including individual investors seeking professionally managed portfolios, institutional investors, and the management teams of the companies we back. Our personalized approach is designed to meet the unique goals of each partner, whether that's wealth planning for retirement or strategic capital for business growth.
Our approach is defined by three key pillars: personalization, active management, and risk discipline. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We build strategies tailored to your goals and risk tolerance. As active managers, we engage deeply with our investments and seek to solve hard problems. This is all underpinned by a dedicated, independent risk management team that has been a core part of our process for over 25 years.
We approach sustainability from three perspectives: as an asset owner, an asset manager, and as a company. We are a signatory to leading industry partnerships like the UN Global Compact and the Principles for Responsible Investment. We integrate ESG factors into our analysis and decision-making, believing that active ownership and responsible stewardship are essential for driving long-term, sustainable value for all our stakeholders.
